In the regression I use a drumbeat to bring your into theta waves. It’s a deeply relaxed state like meditation where you body is resting but you mind is awake. Kind of like before you fall asleep at night. We then work with the subconscious mind through imagery. I only work with memories you already have. Maybe in the past you weren’t safe to feel the feelings at the time and they can get trapped. In the regression we can connect to them again in a safe way. When you feel something in the non physical world it changes it in the physical world.
